Whether they are developers’ stated project completion dates or government population estimates, we interrogate data sources rigorously. We approach our analysis from as many directions as possible, which allows us to cross-reference different sources and analytical frameworks. We know that very few publicly produced figures can be relied on without question.   Our extensive experience means we know which sources to question, and what we should be asking. You wouldn’t build a tower with weak foundations – we feel exactly the same about the analysis that forms the basis of our advice.
